Job Description:
Patagonia Europe is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Live Chat Representative to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. As an Associate Level position, the Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat communication channels. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and assistance through live chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find suitable solutions. 4. Maintain a high level of cooperation with other team members to ensure seamless customer service. 5. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive and satisfying experience. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Resourceful and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong negotiation and cooperation skills. 4. Excellent written communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in multiple chat communication platforms. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
