Job Description - Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:


Harver, a leading technology company in Den Haag, NL, is seeking a passionate and reliable Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role is preferred.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Monitor and track customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide feedback on customer feedback to help improve products and services - Assist in training new team members on live chat best practices


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Excellent time management and people management skills - Passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service - Reliable and able to work independently - Fluent in English (additional languages a plus) - Knowledge of customer service best practices and software (such as Zendesk or Intercom)
