Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team at RELX Group in Rotterdam, NL. The Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through live chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer problems - Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking with a strong commitment to customer service - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely - Experience using live chat platforms and customer service software - Proven ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously - Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
