Job Description - Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:


Action is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with no prior experience but a passion for customer service and communication. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat support on our website.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints by providing accurate and helpful information. 3. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure consistent communication and service delivery. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve our overall customer service experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Adaptable and confident personality traits to handle a variety of customer interactions. 2. Strong people management and decision-making skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
