Remote Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Bunq in Utrecht, NL. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our live chat platform to provide exceptional support and assistance.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner through live chat. 2. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues with efficiency and accuracy. 3. Proactively engage with customers to provide product information, guidance, and support. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage projects efficiently. 6. Comfortable working in a remote environment and utilizing chat software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
