Job Description:
Action is seeking a highly motivated and independent Live Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam, NL. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility of remote work. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide product information, resolve issues, and answer inquiries. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with a diverse range of customers. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. 5. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues in a timely manner. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers. 7. Identify and escalate any complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Requirements: 1. 0 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 2. Independent and reliable with the ability to work remotely. 3. Strong time management and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. 6. Comfortable using live chat software and other customer service tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
