Online Account Support Associate

Job Description: VanMoof is looking for a part-time Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Amsterdam, NL. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. We are seeking a confident and motivated individual with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to provide exceptional support to our online account holders.

Responsibilities: - Assist online account holders with any inquiries, issues, or requests they may have via email, chat, or phone - Manage and update customer account information accurately and efficiently - Troubleshoot technical issues related to online accounts and provide solutions in a timely manner - Work closely with the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to implement strategies to enhance the online account experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Confident and motivated personality - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
