Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Otrium is seeking an Online Account Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam, NL. As an Associate Level position, the Online Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our online account holders. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with account-related issues, including login problems, order status inquiries, and account settings - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the team - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Leadership qualities and a drive to exceed performance goals
