Online Call Center Associate

Job Description: Lely Industries is seeking a passionate and adaptable Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Amsterdam, NL. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Associate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or to schedule appointments - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Document all customer interactions in the company database - Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently - Meet or exceed departmental KPIs and targets

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Team player with strong leadership potential - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
