Job Description - Online Call Center Manager


Job Description:


NXP Semiconductors is seeking an experienced Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Amsterdam, NL. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, the Online Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our online call center.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the online call center operations - Train and supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure they provide exceptional service to customers - Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Handle escalated customer service issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service and call center management - Implement quality assurance processes to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in call center management or customer service - Strong leadership and communication skills - Passionate and adaptable personality traits - Problem-solving and creativity soft skills - Excellent decision-making skills and ability to work well under pressure
