Online Call Center Officer

Job description:

SkinVision, a cutting-edge skin health technology company based in Utrecht, NL, is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Officer. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers, providing them with necessary information and assistance. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback for continuous improvement. 4. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and energetic individual who is passionate about customer service. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to think strategically and come up with innovative solutions. 4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 5. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
