Online Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

Mollie is seeking a driven and dedicated Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our online chat support system to ensure efficient and effective customer service.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online chat support agents, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews - Monitor chat support activities to ensure timely responses and resolution of customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and customer satisfaction - Analyze chat support data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving for customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support

Requirements: - Proven experience in online chat support management - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency with online chat support software and systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
