Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Online Chat Support Officer to join our team at TenCate in Eindhoven, NL. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Manage customer relationships effectively, demonstrating excellent people management skills. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
