Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resilient Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team at WeTransfer in Utrecht, NL. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer queries via online chat in a timely and accurate manner. 2. Assist customers with technical issues related to our platform, troubleshooting problems as needed. 3. Provide guidance and support to customers on how to use our services effectively. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer support process. 5. Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills. 5. Innovative problem-solving abilities. 6. Proficiency in using online chat support tools and CRM systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
