Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Royal Dutch Shell is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries - Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Analyze chat data to identify trends and improve support processes - Conduct ongoing training and development to improve chat support skills

Requirements: - Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical skills and project management abilities - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficiency in using chat software and customer service tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
