Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Solar Monkey is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through online chat in a timely and efficient manner - Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service

Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in customer service or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
