Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Vattenfall Netherlands is seeking a skilled and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Rotterdam. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service at all times. This role is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level of seniority with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with online clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Manage online client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve processes - Monitor client feedback and reviews, implementing strategies to enhance the online client experience - Analyze online client data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth - Oversee the development and implementation of online client engagement strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience as an Online Client Relations Manager or similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Excellent decision-making and planning skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Experience with online client management software and tools - Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques - Fluent in English and Dutch
