Job Description - Online Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Damen Shipyards Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of relevant experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee online client service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve client relationships and increase retention rates. 3. Monitor and analyze online client feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients. 5. Lead and mentor a team of online client service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for escalations and issue resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service management.


Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in client service management, preferably in an online environment. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients. 3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. 4. Adaptable and motivated, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. 5. Proficient in planning and people management, ensuring team success and client satisfaction. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
