Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Representative to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are resourceful, independent, and have strong project management and research skills. As an Online Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our online clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assisting clients with online booking, flight information, and other related services - Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records of client interactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conducting research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings - Providing feedback to improve the online customer service experience

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications - A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required - Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
