Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Online Client Service Representative to join our team at The Next Closet in Rotterdam, NL. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through online platforms. 2. Respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently, solving any issues that arise. 3. Manage client accounts and update information as needed. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Assist in maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and retention. 6. Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist clients.

Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable personality traits. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Previous experience in e-commerce or fashion industry is a plus.
