Online Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Shapeways, a leading 3D printing service provider, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Support Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist clients with product selection, customization, and order processing - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to orders, payments, or shipments - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Contribute to the development of online support resources and knowledge base - Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management software - Resourceful and confident with strong decision-making skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Creativity and problem-solving skills are essential - Knowledge of 3D printing technology is a plus
