Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Ace & Tate, a leading eyewear brand, is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. As a key member of the Customer Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our online clients and ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Proactively identify and address customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address product, shipping, and technical inquiries. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. 6. Continuously improve processes to enhance the overall customer support experience.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong analytical and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
