Job Description:
Solar Monkey is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Amsterdam. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and phone communication channels. 2. Assist clients with technical issues, product inquiries, and account management. 3. Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a cooperative attitude. 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly. 3. Prior experience in customer service or client support roles. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and software. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
