Online Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

TNO is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Contact Center Associate to join our team in Den Haag, NL. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience who are energetic, motivated, and possess strong emotional intelligence and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate and efficient information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating to management when necessary. 4. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and improve overall team performance. 6. Assist with online sales and promotions as needed. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in online communication tools and software. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. 6. Energetic and motivated personality. 7. Emotional intelligence and cooperation skills.
