Job Description - Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


Jacobs Douwe Egberts is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Contact Center Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels such as email, live chat, and social media.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through online communication channels in a timely and professional manner. 2. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on social media platforms. 3. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions. 5. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to provide relevant information to customers. 6. Generate reports on customer interactions and feedback for management review. 7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the online customer experience through process enhancements. 8. Provide leadership and support to junior team members as needed.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong decision-making and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in MS Office applications and online communication tools. 7. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed.
