Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Damen Shipyards Group is seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Specialist in Rotterdam, NL. As an Associate Level employee, this part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online communication channels such as emails, live chat, and social media platforms - Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in the development and implementation of online customer service strategies - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
