Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Unilever is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in online customer service management and possess the necessary skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage all online customer care inquiries and issues through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital platforms - Train and mentor customer care team members to uphold company standards and best practices - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in online customer service management - Independent and confident personality traits - Excellent communication and cooperation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
