Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job description:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Zoku in Utrecht, NL. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of independence and reliability.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Monitor customer reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on Zoku's product offerings and promotions


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms
