Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Philips in Den Haag, NL. As an Online Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers through various communication channels, including emails, chat, and social media platforms. Your main goal will be to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. - Assist customers with product-related questions, order status inquiries, and technical support. - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Stay up-to-date with product information, promotions, and company policies. - Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer trends and issues.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. - Energetic and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills. - Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. - Knowledge of online customer service best practices. - Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
