Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description: The Ocean Cleanup is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone - Providing information about our products, services, and organization - Processing orders and handling returns or exchanges - Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback and addressing any concerns - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strategic planning and analysis skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
