Job description:
As an Online Customer Service Associate at Vandebron, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers who have questions, concerns, or need assistance with their accounts. Your main objective will be to ensure that customers have a positive experience and are satisfied with the service they receive.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical issues - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction - Work closely with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product offerings, pricing, and promotions - Contribute to team goals and objectives by meeting individual performance metrics
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to multitask and handle high-volume customer inquiries - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
