Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Fairphone, a leading sustainable electronics company, is seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Eindhoven, Netherlands. As a mid-to-senior level position requiring at least 6 years of experience, the Online Customer Service Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through online platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online customer service representatives, ensuring they provide excellent customer support via email, live chat, and social media channels. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously improve our strategies.


Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in online customer service or a related field. 2. Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team. 3. Exceptional planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems. 6. Experience with CRM software and online customer service platforms.
