Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Coolblue is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a high level of energy and independence.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms - Provide personalized and efficient customer service to ensure customer satisfaction - Proactively identify and resolve customer issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Contribute to process improvement and innovation initiatives - Demonstrate emotional intelligence in interactions with customers and colleagues

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Fluency in English and Dutch - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
