Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Swapfiets is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As an Online Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service to our online customers. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answer customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and assist customers with online ordering - Process returns, refunds, and exchanges for online purchases - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and make decisions - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Driven and motivated to provide exceptional customer service - Proficient in using computers and online platforms - Fluent in English, Dutch language skills are a plus
