Online Customer Service Specialist

Job description: We are looking for a part-time Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Bunq in Eindhoven, NL. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, have strong emotional intelligence, and be adaptable to various situations.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confident and able to handle challenging situations with ease - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Adaptability to different communication styles and customer preferences
