Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Bugaboo International, a leading manufacturer of strollers and other baby products, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.


The ideal candidate for this role will be resourceful and resilient, able to handle complex customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency. Strong time management skills are essential, as the Online Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer emails, chats, and phone calls in a timely manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner 2. Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other inquiries 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer service 2. Resourceful and resilient personality traits 3. Strong time management skills 4. Excellent presentation skills 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software 7. Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
