Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Scotch & Soda is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a reliable and adaptable individual with excellent soft skills such as persuasion and critical thinking.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various online channels including chat, email, and social media - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting - Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with online communication tools and customer service platforms - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
