Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

SkinVision, a leading health tech company based in Eindhoven, NL, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer success roles, with a dedication to providing exceptional service and a resilient attitude when facing challenges.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through various online channels - Provide support to customers experiencing issues or inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels - Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements - Monitor customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Develop and implement customer success strategies to optimize customer retention and satisfaction - Assist in onboarding new customers and providing training on product functionality - Work with the marketing team to create customer success stories and testimonials for promotional purposes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related role - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Solid understanding of online platforms and customer relationship management tools - Dedication to providing exceptional service and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels - Resilient attitude when dealing with challenging situations - Strong people management and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
