Job Description - Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description: ASML Holding is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it a perfect opportunity for those looking to kick start their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues with our products or services. - Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve customer issues efficiently. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and suggest ways to enhance our online support processes.
