Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


TomTom is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. This part-time role will be at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through online channels such as live chat, email, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting. 3. Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless customer experiences. 5. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and updates. 6. Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support and guidance. 7. Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer support processes and recommend solutions. 8. Contribute to team goals and metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times. 9. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers. 3. Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities. 4. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly. 7. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if needed. 8. Hardworking and driven personality traits.
