Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Shapeways, a leading 3D printing marketplace, is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and engage with customers through live chat on Shapeways website to provide timely and accurate information about products, services, and policies - Assist customers with order processing, product inquiries, technical issues, and general customer service inquiries - Utilize persuasive communication skills to drive sales and upsell products to customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales targets - Stay informed of product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Act as a brand ambassador for Shapeways by promoting our commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong communication skills with a focus on persuasion and cooperation - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages a plus) - Basic knowledge of 3D printing technology and design principles (training will be provided) - Familiarity with CRM systems and online chat platforms - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
