Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Online Support Assistant to join our team at Royal Dutch Shell in Eindhoven, NL. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing online support to our employees in both their personal and professional development.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to employees in various aspects of their personal and professional development - Assist in coordinating online training sessions and workshops - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and address issues effectively - Manage time efficiently to ensure timely responses to employee inquiries - Collaborate with team members to create and maintain a positive working environment for all employees

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 4 years of related experience in a similar role - Driven and motivated personality traits - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent time management abilities
