Online Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and confident Online Support Associate to join our dynamic team at Talpa Network in Amsterdam. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online customers, resolving issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online platforms - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Monitor online platforms for any potential issues and proactively address them - Provide feedback to the team on ways to improve the online customer experience - Assist with training new team members on support processes and procedures

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working with online platforms and tools - Knowledge of customer service best practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
