Online Support Officer

Job Description:

Swapfiets is seeking a motivated and driven Online Support Officer to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online support to our customers and assisting with various administrative tasks related to our online platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, and other digital communication channels. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues with the online platform and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members. 3. Monitor online user activity and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 4. Assist with updating and maintaining online content, including product listings, promotions, and pricing information. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall online customer experience. 6. Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in online customer support or a similar role. 3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
