Job Description
Patagonia Europe is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Support Specialist to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support for our online platforms. This is a part-time position, ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support for online platforms, troubleshooting any issues that may arise - Assist customers with online orders, returns, and exchanges - Monitor and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and problem resolution - Collaborate with other team members to improve online support processes and procedures - Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices - Assist with strategic planning for online support initiatives
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or online support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure - Resilient and independent, able to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism - Proficient in strategic planning and research - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online customer service best practices - Experience with online chat and social media support tools
