Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and adaptable Online Web Chat Manager to join our team at Catawiki in Eindhoven, NL. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for managing our online web chat platform and providing excellent customer service to our users.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to online chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience - Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online customer service - Work closely with the marketing team to promote special promotions and events via web chat - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any customer complaints or concerns

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in online customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent research and cooperation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs
