Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Support Assistant to join our team at Catawiki, a leading online auction platform based in Amsterdam, NL. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be resilient and independent, with a strong ability for strategic planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and efficient support to customers via email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist with resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
