Support Associate

Job Description:

Solar Monkey, a leading solar energy company in Amsterdam, NL, is seeking a dedicated and driven Support Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong people management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshooting 3. Work closely with our sales and technical teams to resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other support associates to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product developments 7. Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role 2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 3. Strong organizational and time-management abilities 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus 7. Dedicated and driven personality traits 8. People management and teamwork skills
