Remote Support Manager

Job Description:

The Next Closet, a leading online marketplace for second-hand designer fashion, is seeking a highly experienced Remote Support Manager to join our team in Den Haag, NL. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level individual with at least 8 years of experience in remote support management.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote support agents to ensure excellent customer service and technical support. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of remote support operations. 3. Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to drive continuous improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Train and mentor remote support agents to improve their skills and performance. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote support management.

Requirements: 1. Confident and motivated individual with strong leadership skills. 2. Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing remote support teams. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Knowledge of customer service best practices and tools. 6. Experience with data analysis and reporting. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
