Job Description:
BUX is seeking a talented Support Manager to join our team and work remotely from home. As the Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support agents, overseeing the day-to-day operations, and ensuring that customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of support agents, providing guidance and mentorship as needed - Develop and implement best practices for customer support, including response times and issue resolution - Monitor customer inquiries and provide escalation support when necessary - Analyze support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience - Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to support agents, fostering a culture of continuous improvement - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines - Reliable and trustworthy, with a high level of integrity - Excellent presentation skills and strong decision-making abilities
